Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Acquisition/Disposition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on buying and selling vacant lands and houses, bringing a strong understanding of market dynamics and property valuation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate vacant lands and houses opportunities for acquisition.
Conduct market research to find comparable properties and assess value.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners and realtors.
Negotiate purchase agreements and sales contracts.
Find the right buyers to dispose properties
Stay updated on market trends, land and house use regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate acquisition and disposition.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Familiarity with market analysis and property valuation techniques.
Self-motivated and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences.
