Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a high-performing Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist based in the Philippines to join our fast-growing investment team. This is not your typical cold-calling or acquisitions job. We’re looking for someone who can think critically, connect deeply with property owners, Speak English exceptionally well and play a key role in driving five to six-figure real estate transactions.

While a college degree is not required, we’re only looking for elite-level candidates with exceptional problem-solving ability, fluent American English, and a neutral or nearly unnoticeable accent.

This is a high-level, high-earning potential position for someone ready to master our specialized type of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential property sellers via phone
Understand each deal and seller's unique situation, motivations, and needs
Build rapport and trust through effective, empathetic communication
Negotiate pricing and terms with confidence and strategy
Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team to analyze deals and close transactions
Manage and update lead records in CRM systems with accuracy

Requirements:
Excellent English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Neutral or near-native American accent (non-negotiable)
Highly intelligent and resourceful, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Understanding of Real Estate on a high level.
Comfortable with rejection and capable of handling challenging conversations professionally
Strong emotional intelligence — you can read between the lines and understand seller psychology
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Tech-savvy and organized with solid CRM and Google Workspace experience
Prior sales or real estate experience is a major plus, but not required if you're a quick learner
