React Native Software Developer

Our software as a service (SaaS) platform delivers end-to-end traceability, inventory management, and smart hardware integration. With a microservice-based backend and a React Native application that is compatible with Android, iOS, and the web, we strive to provide innovative and meaningful solutions to our customers.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior React Native Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative development team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on the day-to-day operations of our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable, secure, high-performance software solutions using Typescript, Node.js, and React Native.
- Collaborate closely with our team to define project requirements and deliver robust features.
- Optimize the performance of React Native applications and ensure seamless user experience.
- Develop and maintain the backend infrastructure and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with our front-end applications.
- Implement and optimize efficient database models and queries to support data-intensive operations and improve system performance.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and frameworks, and proactively suggest innovative solutions to improve our technology stack.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to the application's functionality.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Typescript, Node.js, and React Native, with a proven track record of delivering complex, scalable applications.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions, particularly on AWS.
- Solid understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL, as well as experience in data modelling and query optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with mobile application development for Android and iOS using React Native.


Nice-to-haves:

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker).
- Experience with IoT or hardware integrations
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain management
- Contributions to open-source projects
