ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Accurate skip tracer for commercial real estate properties
- Great at finding new property addresses on Google Maps
- Proficient researching facebook to find mobile home park groups, brokers, wholesalers, owners
- Accurate skip tracing (90?curacy)
- Excellent at finding individual owners behind the LLC (or entity) by researching the Secretary of State


PLUS:
- Familiar with Lexis Nexus, TLO, and Launch Control, Truepoplesearch.
- Proficient at using Facebook groups to find mobile home park wholesalers
- Knowledgable with CRMs
