Unicorn Role Overview: We're looking for an organized Operations Assistant to support both brands. If you excel at managing documentation, have flawless project management skills, strong client-facing communication abilities, and can effectively handle CRM systems while supporting multiple brands through a platform transition, this role is perfect for you.
What You'll Do:
* Documentation Management: Handle forms, contracts, and essential paperwork using Google Drive, REAL Broker's reZEN platform, Webforms, and other tools
* Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate operational tasks using/creating client checklists as required
* CRM Administration: Support transition, set up workflows, and update CRM systems
* Brand Support: Manage operations for both business brands
* System Implementation: Assist with new platform adoption and processes
* Process Development: Create and maintain operational procedures
* Listing Data Entry: Create listings and input data
* Customer Care: Communicate and coordinate essential tasks and milestones directly with the clients
* Reviews Management: Automate the request for positive reviews from clients using CRM tools
* Marketing Admin: Manage a content marketing schedule for social media
Must-Have Tools:
Google Drive, REAL Broker's reZEN platform, Webforms
What You'll Bring:
* Operations Experience: Strong background in real estate operations (experience with REAL Broker platform an asset)
