Quickbooks Bookkeeper and CRM Automation Manager

Construction Management Back Ground Preferred.

Need a solid Quickbooks Admin who can manage and run financial report through quickbooks and track project profitability reports week to week keeping the CEO up to date on where the projects are at from a financial profitability standpoint.

2-4 Years prior Book keeping experience Required within Quickbooks. This is a Senior Role.

Ideal if the applicant knows how to do API integrations and help Quickbooks connect to the project management software that is used: "Builder Trend" so that project details and financials can auto populate into quickbooks financial reports.

Looking for a long term placement ideally 1 year agreement

Able to begin work within the next 1-2 weeks required.
