If so, we want you to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist!
Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance process for our real estate media service. You will work closely with editors, photographers, and clients to ensure that all images, floor plans, and video content meet the highest standards of quality and align with client specifications. You will manage a variety of tasks daily and use a suite of industry-standard tools to ensure top-tier results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Image Quality Assurance: Review and assess edited images using Lightroom and Photoshop to ensure they meet company standards and client specifications (e.g., wall color corrections, alignment, decluttering, virtual staging).
* Client & Order Management: Upload QA’d images to platforms like Spiro, and other real estate tools while verifying client-specific requests (stain removal, noise reduction, image alignment, etc.).
* File & Documentation Management: Organize and upload MLS images, 2D floor plans, and other documents to client folders and platforms, ensuring all information is tracked and easily accessible.
* Invoice Processing: Handle processing of invoices through Spiro, ensuring accurate billing and order tracking.
* Communication & Support: Coordinate with photographers to ensure that agents' additional requests are addressed. Respond to customer support inquiries and manage any issues regarding image edits or delivery.
* Workflow Management: Maintain a smooth workflow by managing orders in CRM platforms like
* Scheduling & Calendar Management: Oversee daily and weekly schedules to ensure that agents/realtors receive their orders on time, meeting all deadlines.
* Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for internal teams and clients as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or related role within the real estate photography industry.
* Strong proficiency in Lightroom, Photoshop, and other photo/video editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut).
* Familiarity with real estate platforms such as Spiro, MLS, Cubicasa, iGUIDE, Matterport, and others.
* Ability to manage and track multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously using CRM tools like
* Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to checking image quality (alignment, color correction, and virtual staging).
* Excellent communication skills for coordinating with photographers, clients, and internal teams.
* Ability to solve customer issues efficiently and provide timelines for resolving requests.
* Proven experience in managing
