Responsibilities:
Monitor Performance: Track attendance, idle time, and work activity using remote tracking tools
.
Report Productivity: Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on employee performance and highlight key areas for improvement.
Address Issues: Send reminders to employees about expectations and notify those falling behind.
Support Improvement: Work with management to provide feedback and suggest ways to enhance productivity.
Optimize Processes: Help refine tracking systems and improve workflows for better team efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years in quality assurance, workforce monitoring, or similar roles is a MUST.
BPO experience is desired.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Precision in tracking and documenting employee performance.
Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve productivity-related issues.
