- Identify and resolve inconsistencies, factual mismatches, formatting issues and grammatical errors before client delivery.
- Ensure all written content maintains logical structure, professional quality and alignment with case strategy.
- Act as the final quality checkpoint before deliverables are shared with clients, attorneys or external partners.

- Conduct quality reviews of O-1, EB-1 and NIW case documentation.
- Ensure evidence packages meet internal quality standards and support the intended immigration narrative.
- Collaborate with legal teams, attorneys and paralegals to address documentation concerns and maintain compliance with case requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Writing Team to review and approve written materials before they move to the next stage of production.
- Partner with Case Managers to maintain consistency across all client deliverables.
- Provide constructive feedback to writers and operations teams to continuously improve quality standards.
- Support training initiatives and help establish best practices for document review and quality control.
Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor quality trends across cases and implement preventative measures.
- Help build scalable quality assurance systems as the company grows.
Qualifications
Required:

- Experience reviewing immigration petitions and supporting evidence packages.
- Familiarity with O-1, EB-1 and NIW adjudication criteria.
