Qualifications:
Must have Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.
At least 6 months of relevant experience in quality analysis.
Job Description:
Responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our Support Center agents/engineers who deal with our
customer.
Monitor all handling processed by our agents/engineers based on the defined handling process, customer experience guidelines,
Technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity.
Assist in developing, creating and implementing quality processes and procedures; as well as making recommendation for
enhancements to training materials as needed to enhance the overall customer’s experience.
