We are seeking a skilled Python developer to create a script that scrapes applicant information from a LinkedIn Job Posting and exports it to a CSV file. The script should extract the following details for each applicant:

3. **Title**

6. **Phone Number**
7. **Resume URL**

**Requirements:**
