Role Overview
As a Psychologist for the Lia Project, you will:
• Create psychology summaries: Analyze and summarize key concepts from psychology books to provide foundational knowledge for our AI.
• Perform quality checks: Evaluate and ensure the psychological accuracy and usability of the AI’s responses during the testing phase.
• Collaborate on AI design: Work closely with developers, AI experts, and content strategists to refine the AI's psychological and emotional intelligence capabilities for premium content platforms.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:
o A degree in psychology (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
o Strong background in psychological theories and practices.
o Experience in writing and summarizing academic content.
Skills:
o Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
o Ability to translate complex psychological concepts into accessible language.
o Experience with AI, content development, or similar projects is a plus.
• Availability:
o Commitment to a 3-month contract with potential for extension based on project needs.
