We are a fast-growing UK-based real estate videography company looking for a talented, reliable video editor to join our team on a permanent, long-term basis. This is not a one-off project — we have guaranteed, consistent work of 30 to 50 videos every single month, meaning stable, predictable income for the right person.

If you're a skilled editor who wants steady work without chasing clients, this is the role for you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE EDITING
Property walkthrough and lifestyle footage turned into high-quality short-form reels for Instagram, ---------- and Facebook (vertical 9:16 format). Videos are typically 60–90 seconds. Raw footage will be delivered via Google Drive or WeTransfer.

WHAT WE NEED

-Proven experience editing real estate or property videos — this is a REQUIREMENT, not a bonus
-Portfolio must include property or real estate content — applications without this will not be considered
-Fast turnaround — edits returned within 24–48 hours of receiving footage
-Consistent editing style across all videos
-AI integration into videos (AI-enhanced visuals, transitions or effects)
-Bold, high-impact pop-up text and captions — dynamic, scroll-stopping style
-Strong colour grading — cinematic, clean property look
-Music sync and sound design

SOFTWARE
-Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro — please tell us what you use.

PAY
£25–£35 per video (~$38–$44 USD) depending on experience and quality. With 30–50 videos per month, this role can earn you $1,140–$2,200 USD per month consistently.
