JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, leasing, and financial performance of residential or commercial properties. This role ensures tenant satisfaction, property compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day property operations
Handle tenant relations, concerns, and lease administration
Coordinate property maintenance and vendor services
Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
Manage rent collection, budgeting, and expense tracking
Oversee occupancy rates and leasing activities
Prepare operational and financial reports
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and renewals
Ensure properties are maintained to company standards
Supervise onsite staff and contractors

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
Proven experience in property management, hospitality, hotel customer service, or real estate operations
Strong hospitality and customer service skills with the ability to handle guest and tenant concerns professionally
Experience processing guest claims, complaints, refunds, and resolution cases
Knowledge of leasing procedures, property regulations, and short-term rental operations
Hands-on experience managing listings for Airbnb, VRBO, ---------- , and direct booking platforms
Knowledgeable in property management systems (PMS), particularly Hostaway
Experience and working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and automation platform
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills
Experience managing residential, commercial, or short-term rental properties
Familiarity with OTA platforms and channel management systems
Financial, budgeting, and revenue management knowledge
Ability to manage multiple properties, listings, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience coordinating with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
