Property Manager

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to help us find apartments for sublease and manage the leasing process smoothly. We need someone who has good English skills and is great at communicating online, whether it's through calls, emails, or messages.

?Responsibilities:
* Research available apartments for sublease.
* Build and maintain relationships with property owners and leasing agents to get good leasing terms.
* Manage leasing from start to finish.
* Provide great customer service to owners and tenants.
* Keep detailed records of properties and agreements.
* Stay updated on local rental trends and rules.?

Requirements:
* Experience in property management or real estate is required.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Can work independently and manage time well.
* Comfortable with basic computer programs.
* Open to working Dubai time, from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
* Comfortable with online communication platforms.?

The rate would start at $3 per hour with increases based on work performance and dedication after the first month.
