Duties:
Answering and responding to emergency maintenance requests from Tenants via phone
Managing Maintenace / Emergency work orders
- Assigning work orders to vendors and notifying them
- Notifying tenants via
- Follow up on work orders without updates from vendors
- Send out repair estimates to Owners for approval
- Notifying the vendor if their repair estimate was approved or not
Move Ins / Outs Inspections
- Schedule Inspections
- Addressing issues found in inspections by creating and assigning work orders
- Following up on those work orders until completion
- Creating and managing cleaning/lawn care work orders
Vendor Management
- Recruitment
- Vetting
- Onboarding
- Maintain and update Vendor Credentials i.e. OSHA, Insurance, Licenses
Desired Skills:
- Proficient with LeadSimple, AppFolio, and Ring Central
- Proficient with Google Workspace (i.e. Gmail, Drive, etc.)
Position Requirements:
- Working Hours: 9 am-5 pm M-F Eastern Standard Time
- English Proficiency (IETLS = >8.0) (TOEFL = >110) (CEFR = C2)
- Computer with a video camera (zoom calls) and internet connection speed of >50 mbs
