About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our property management operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in NNN (Triple Net) accounting and AppFolio, assisting with lease administration, financial tracking, and tenant management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage NNN accounting, including tracking lease payments, reconciliations, and expense allocations.
- Utilize AppFolio for rent collection, financial reporting, and tenant management.
- Monitor CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and ensure accurate expense tracking.
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, and tenant correspondence.
- Coordinate property-related invoices and payments with vendors and tenants.
- Assist in generating reports, tracking property performance, and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Support general property management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in property management, specifically with NNN accounting and lease administration.
- Proficiency in AppFolio for financial tracking and tenant management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle financial data accurately.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
