As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Property Claims Specialist with expertise in roofing and siding damage claims to join our dynamic team.

Job Description - When a homeowner needs to file a property claim for hail and wind damages to there home.
They call us.
The Property Claims Specialist will be instrumental in analyzing and responding to insurance claims related to property damage, specifically roofing and siding. You will leverage your understanding of insurance policies, local building codes (IRC), and advanced A.I. tools to construct persuasive argument letters that advocate for our clients' best interests. While familiarity with Xactimate is preferred, the core of your role will be to ensure our clients’ claims are compellingly and accurately presented based on policy entitlements and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities
Claims Analysis: Review and interpret insurance policies and claims related to roofing and siding damages to determine coverage scenarios.
Argument Construction: Utilize A.I. technology to assist in crafting detailed, evidence-based arguments that support claim approvals.

Policy & Code Research: learning Thoroughly understand Illinois state insurance laws and local building codes to ensure all arguments are substantiated by current legal and regulatory standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with estimators to understand the specifics of each case, even if direct experience with Xactimate is not a prerequisite.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all claims and correspondences, ensuring arguments are well-documented and organized for review.

Qualifications
Industry Experience: Proven experience handling property claims or claims, especially in roofing and siding, within the insurance or public adjusting field.

Legal & Policy Expertise: Strong understanding of Illinois insurance laws or willing to learn property claim processes and local building codes to use in the arguments to win insurance claims.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using A.I. tools to enhance argument quality and efficiency. Experience with Xactimate is a plus but not required.

Analytical Abilities: Excellent ability to analyze complex documents and situations to formulate strong arguments.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating persuasive and clear argumentation for varied audiences.
