Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
• Build trust and rapport within the first ---------- nts of each interaction.
• Gather information from clients through natural, conversational questioning.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation, policy requirements, and client requests.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
Insurance Coordination
• Assist with Property & Casualty insurance policy administration.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, underwriters, brokers, and vendors.
• Collect and verify information required for quotes, renewals, and policy servicing.
• Track application status and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
• Communicate updates and requirements to clients throughout the process.
Lead Follow-Up & Prospect Engagement
• Contact prospects generated through email outreach campaigns.
• Qualify leads and determine appropriate next steps.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications.
Administrative Support
• Manage emails and client correspondence.
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
• Update internal tracking systems and client databases.
• Support ongoing operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Previous experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, professional accent.
• Exceptional phone presence and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build trust quickly with clients and prospects.
• High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in client service, insurance account management, or insurance sales support.
• Experience handling customer follow-ups and policy servicing.
• Familiarity with underwriting processes and insurance documentation.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
