Project Operations Admin (Decking & Railing Division)

We are a fast growing fence, deck, and railing installation company built on family legacy and high stakes execution. We recently launched a certified service provider partnership with Home Depot, and our Decking and Railing Division is expanding rapidly. We need a highly organized operator to keep our backend systems flawless.



**The Role**
This is the operational engine for our decking and railing projects. You will step into a structured system and take over crucial project management and administrative tasks. You will serve as the critical bridge between our sales team, our installers, and our CRM.



**Hours & Compensation**
* 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday.
* 40 hours per week.
* $5-6 per hour.



**Key Responsibilities**

* **Design & Material Prep:** Create 3D renderings and drawings in Luxwood or similar software. Revise drawings and create required add ons such as hardware and cross sections. Punch accurate material lists into Fencemax.

* **Project Coordination:** Prepare complete document packets for our installers. Coordinate Home Depot material orders by getting lists of bolts, screws, and other items directly from the installers. Punch install appointments into GoHighLevel (GHL) and attach all necessary job documents. Add install photos to GHL after project completion.

* **Administrative Management:** Maintain the Deck and Railing Quote Queue Google Sheet. Add markout requests to the designated tracking sheet. Call for project inspections. Create final invoices to send to customers for payment and records. Punch Home Depot leads into the Service Center.



**Mandatory Requirements**

* **Tech Fluency:** You must be highly capable with GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, and CRM software. You need the aptitude to quickly learn 3D CAD software like Luxwood and grasp construction material specs.

* **Communication:** Near native English fluency with excellent written and verbal skills. You will be making calls for inspections.

* **Execution:** You must be a proactive problem solver who aligns with our core values. We want someone who takes ownership of their queue and thrives in a fast paced environment.
