We’re looking for a dependable, proactive Project Manager at a Design House who can help bring structure, clarity, and peace to our creative team. If you love timelines, team check-ins, keeping projects moving, and being a calm anchor in a sea of creativity—you’ll thrive here!
We are a faith-centered boutique Design House creating impactful, beautiful, and purpose-driven printed products. Our work ranges from planners to Christian devotionals, journals, and brand pieces, and we’re passionate about nurturing both our clients and our team with excellence, clarity, and joy.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage 10–15+ client projects at various stages, from onboarding through final delivery
• Translate onboarding call notes into a working task structure in
• Assign timelines and tasks based on our production framework
• Track deliverables and follow up with tea
• Host or prep for key meetings (weekly 1:1s, bi-weekly check-ins, weekly digest notes)
• Collaborate with our Design Production Lead to manage design milestones
• Communicate with the Creative Director regularly and flag concerns early
• Keep projects running smoothly and on time with grace and efficiency

• Someone who is still building confidence in project management and may need daily direction or close supervision
• Someone who prefers individual work only and doesn’t enjoy leading communication
• Someone who gets overwhelmed by multiple active projects
• Someone who wants a design-heavy or creative role—this role is mostly operational
Requirements:
• Experience in project management or operations (agency or creative studio experience a bonus)
• Familiarity with project management software (we use Teamwork which is similar to Clickup or Asana)
• Confidence running meetings, coordinating tasks, and managing timelines
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience working with remote teams
• A reliable internet connection and ability to work with US time zone overlap (EST)
• An ability to maintain structure with kindness, clarity, and care
Work Details:
Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week to start)
Schedule: Remote, with consistent EST overlap and weekly meetings
