Project Manager - Influencer Marketing Agency

About Us:
We are a dynamic and innovative influencer marketing agency based in Singapore that connects brands with the right influencers to create impactful campaigns. We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team and ensure the seamless execution of our influencer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Search and Identify Influencers:

- Conduct thorough searches for micro-influencers on Instagram based on specific campaign criteria.
- Evaluate influencers' profiles to ensure they align with campaign goals and client expectations.

2) Outreach and Engagement:

- Reach out to selected influencers to gauge their interest in participating in campaigns.
- Effectively communicate campaign details and expectations to potential influencers.

3) Coordination and Scheduling:

- Compile a detailed list of interested influencers in an Excel sheet.
- Coordinate and schedule campaign activities with influencers, ensuring timely delivery of content.

4) Client Communication:

- Inform clients of the selected influencers for approval.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.

5) Progress Tracking:

- Follow up with influencers one week after campaign initiation to check on progress.
- Address any issues or delays promptly to ensure campaign timelines are met.

6) Client Satisfaction:

- Ensure clients are satisfied with the influencer selection, campaign execution, and overall results.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in influencer marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Excel and other project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
