What We’re Looking For:
We need an experienced full-time Project Manager that can bring their knowledge and skillsets to the company and has a strong focus working with a digital agency, and website design & development! This is a remote (work-from-home) position. We seek a proactive, meticulous, trustworthy, organised and excellent problem-solving individual to join our talented team and elevate our company and clients to the next level.
This is not an entry-level assistant position but a mid-senior level role. You MUST have at least 2 years of experience working as a Project Manager for website design & development projects. If you're looking for a slower role, this is NOT the role for you.
We are seeking a Project Manager that specialises in websites design & development specifically with Elementor/Pro alongside other essential development knowledge working with our designers, developers, QA and SEO specialists. The successful candidate must have a fundamental understanding of SEO & WordPress Development. We focus strongly on modern responsive designed websites that is highly brand aligned so attention to detail is key.
You will be expected to faciliate the curation of website from start to finish based on the clients brief and work alongside our talented team, based on our web designers design files, developers, website management items, and suggest and implement processes that would assist workflow, as we do plan to scale. So you will need extreme attention to detail and be someone who enjoys organising, problem-solving, project coordination, and is fun to work with. The role will essentially look like: 60-70%: Project Management, 20-30%, Client Communication, 10% R&D/Process Optimisation
Some tasks that are required:
- Understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manages project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinating with clients, tea
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance.
- Implement feedback loops to improve processes and deliverables continuously.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including clients and tea
- Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
- Ensure all project records are up to date and accessible to relevant parties.
- Coordinate the launch of websites and ensure smooth transitions to live environments.
- Monitor website performance and user feedback post-launch.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Understanding of development processes: domain and hosting management, sitemaps, wireframes, development files, SEO, migrations, and QA processes.
- Ensuring creative design style websites are delivered - our designers curate awesome designs!
- Proofreading and Quality Assurance checking
- Troubleshoot/Diagnose With Team
- Documenting processes and assisting with creating systems.
- Identifying operation issues and suggesting possible improvements
- R&D / researching topics & shortlisting.

What You Should Have:
- At least 2 years of full-time, hands-on experience as a Project Manager
- Sense of humour.

- Exceptional ability to communicate progress on multiple projects.

- Basic Understanding Search Engine Optimisation - follows Google Best Practice (Advantageous)
- Experienced with Elementor & Elementor Pro & ACF (Advantageous)
- Exposed to APIs / Plugin Development/Integrations (Advantageous)
- Experience with AI & Automation (Advantageous)
- Experience with WordPress & WooCommerce
- Able to adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English proficiency: Verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Communications, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (preferred).
- Day Shift: Willing to work an AU time zone: Mon - Fri AEST Time (8 Hours + 1 Hour Break / Day) - 40 Hours a Week - Flexible Start / End Time
- Remote working. This is a remote (work-from-home) position.
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Attitude to self develop & stay up to date with project management trends
- Must be comfortable developing and working in a virtual relationship and have limited face-to-face time.
- Must be able to do Video Chats: Access to a desktop/laptop, webcam, etc.
- Internet reliable connection: Minimum of 20 Mbps DL / 5mbps UL
