Project Manager / Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager / Construction Manager to oversee balcony construction and manage various construction projects. This role involves working directly with ownership, ensuring timely inspections, and maintaining organization across multiple ongoing projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage balcony construction projects from start to finish.
- Oversee and coordinate construction projects across the portfolio.
- Work closely with ownership to ensure smooth project execution and organize pending inspections.
- Assist with inspections across the portfolio, ensuring all projects meet quality and regulatory standards.

Skills and Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
- Proficiency in Appfolio, Yardi, and other management software (please specify in comments).
-Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Ability to handle phone calls
- Strong initiative, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience in construction management and project oversight.
