Project Manager - Construction

We are a growing construction company (general contractor) located in Melbourne, Australia. Due to some recent successful tenders we now require a full-time Construction Project Manager to join our team and support our existing staff. To be considered for this role you MUST have the following attributes:
- A minimum of 8 years experience as a Project Manager overseeing Construction projects
- Excellent English skills and attention to detail
- Experience using Buildertrend software
- Experience in using Microsoft suite (including Project) & Google Drive/ Google Sheets/ Google Docs, etc
- Experience in Project planning, estimating, contracts management, team coordination
- Experience in residential construction projects
- Experience overseeing construction projects in either the US, Canada, the UK or Australia (Australia preferred)
- Ability to work during 9am-5pm AEST
