Project Manager, Customer Onboarding & Launch
About ManageCasa
ManageCasa is a modern property management software platform designed for HOA, Community Associations, and Rental Property Management companies.
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager to help guide our customers from onboarding through successful launch. This role is responsible for managing customer implementation timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customers have a smooth and successful experience adopting ManageCasa.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will work closely with customers, the onboarding team, sales team, product team, and customer support team to ensure each customer is properly set up, trained, and ready to launch. This person must be detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and comfortable managing multiple customer projects at the same time.
The ideal candidate has experience working with customers, managing implementation projects, coordinating across teams, and keeping everyone aligned on deadlines, responsibilities, and next steps.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding projects from signed agreement through successful launch.
- Create and maintain onboarding timelines, task lists, and launch plans for each customer.
- Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure customer data, setup, training, and configuration are completed on time.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer needs, expectations, pricing, and commitments made during the sales process.
- Partner with the product team to communicate customer requirements, product questions, workflow needs, and potential improvement opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of coordination for customers during the onboarding and launch process.
- Keep customers informed on progress, next steps, deadlines, and responsibilities.
- Identify risks, delays, or blockers early and help resolve them quickly.
- Ensure customers understand the ManageCasa platform, key workflows, and launch requirements.
- Support internal meetings and provide clear project status updates.
- Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate notes in company systems such as HubSpot, project tools, or internal documents.
- Help improve onboarding processes, templates, checklists, and customer launch playbooks.
- Ensure a smooth handoff from onboarding to customer success/support after launch.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, or a related role.
- Experience working with SaaS software, property management software, real estate technology, or business software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in following up on tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with sales, onboarding, product, and support teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to keep projects moving forward.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and confidence.
- Experience with HubSpot, project management tools, or onboarding platforms is a plus.
