Job Summary:
As a Project Coordinator at Gymdesk, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing projects. Your role will involve coordinating between various teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing practices, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Assist in the development and management of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate project activities and communication between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Track project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery.
Client Communication:
Act as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with digital marketing specialists, designers, developers, and other tea
Facilitate meetings and ensure that all tea
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
Analyze project performance data and generate reports for management review.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all deliverables meet the agency’s quality standards and client expectations.
Oversee testing and review processes to identify and resolve any issues before project delivery.
Resource Management:
Assist in managing project resources, including assigning tasks and monitoring workloads.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
Problem Solving:
Identify potential project risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Provide solutions and recommendations to address any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello,
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
