Project Coordination and Estimation Specialist

At SynergizeX Inc., we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordination and Estimation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating project timelines, ensuring efficient workflow, and accurately estimating project costs. Your key responsibilities will include:

Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule. Liaise with various stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide regular updates on progress.

Estimation: Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure estimates align with client expectations and project specifications.

Administrative Support: Handle invoicing and payment tracking, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed. Manage emails, calendars, and other administrative tasks to support seamless project execution.

Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements are understood and met. Address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle and provide solutions to keep the project on track.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including proposals, estimates, schedules, and progress reports. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for team members.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently to achieve project goals. Proficiency in project management software and tools, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.
