Project Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Develop construction documentation and ensure compliance with US standards.
Design and oversee commercial projects adhering to the International Building Code (IBC).
Collaborate effectively with team members and consultants to produce high-quality deliverables.
Maintain a high standard of communication, ensuring tasks are clear and deadlines are met.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience, preferably with US-based firms.
Expertise in US building practices, construction documentation, and the International Building Code (IBC).
Strong portfolio of commercial projects in the United States.
Proficient in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work during US work hours (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST).
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality work.
