Project Accountant

We are looking for a Project Accountant with expertise in using Sage 100.

Ideal Candidate must have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

- 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in the construction or real estate industry. Must have expertise in accounts payable and receivable processes, including best practices for handling and auditing transactions.

-Proficiency with accounting software, especially Sage 100 Contractor and Sage Paperless, or similar systems.

-Strong Excel skills, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and data organization.

-Understanding of insurance compliance, including tracking policies and identifying expired or expiring documents.

-Familiarity with lien laws, Notice to Owners (NTO), and Release of Liens (ROL) processes is highly desirable.
