Program Director

I need someone to run our Dollar a Day coaching program (Upgrade to see actual info/DAD).
The ideal candidate understands it well-- having implemented it themselves successfully and can share it.
Since then they can help clients achieve success, too--- by zeroing in on the assets to amplify to the right audience on the right channels.
By both talking to the clients and coordinating with the VAs so we have seamless execution all being tracked in basecamp.
Many tools involved, so you'd have to be well-versed in the Content Factory process-- and be adaptable to learn, since things change quickly.
There is probably someone out there who is familiar with what we do and could be an apprentice to learn quickly, advancing into a management role.
All the information on how we boost posts, rank on target keywords, grow personal brands, and make the phone ring is on Google if you're willing to use search.
Not looking for a resume or confident assertion that you are the right candidate, since that would place the work on us to try to figure out if you've thoughtfully considered what this role means.
There's no need to ever sell, since people come to us-- so your ability to diagnose (like you see in my audit calls) is key.
The person we hire will have a strong EQ, client skills, and some technical skills-- enough to be on top of communication and run teams in the way we teach (DDD andUpgrade to see actual info two of the 9 Triangle principles), so they never lose track.
