WinFast is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help track profits, inventory costs, and business performance across our fast-growing live-selling operation.
We sell consumer electronics, home goods, and other products through live auctions and online marketplaces. Your primary role will be helping us understand exactly where our profits come from and providing clear reports that help us make better business decisions.
Responsibilities:
* Track daily sales, payouts, and revenue
* Calculate product profit margins
* Maintain inventory cost spreadsheets
* Track landed costs, shipping costs, and fees
* Create daily, weekly, and monthly profit reports
* Monitor product performance and profitability
* Track streamer sales performance and key metrics
* Identify trends and opportunities to improve profits
* Keep business spreadsheets organized and accurate
Requirements:
* Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working with large amounts of data
* Strong English communication skills
* Reliable internet connection and computer
* Experience with e-commerce, bookkeeping, accounting, inventory management, or analytics is a plus
Position Details:
