Production Assistant

General Purpose
This role's key function is to assist the production manager in tracking and follow up of open
orders, working in collaboration with the internal and external partners to deliver a product with
a strong focus on meeting the business requirements for quality, aesthetic and timelines.
What You Do
Communicate with vendors worldwide to track item development and order status, follow up
daily to ensure production deadlines are met
Communicate order status/progress to sales department to make sure all updates are relayed to
customers in timely manner
Manage and maintain WIP in system
Manage delivery updates in system
Manage photography and proto sample tracking
Assist in quality control to ensure all garments are finished up to standards
Assist with writing company PO’s
Assist production manager to prepare all information for weekly status meeting
Who Are You
Self-Starter, proactive, team player and maintain a positive attitude
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to changing tasks
Detail oriented
Strong written and verbal skills
3-4 years of experience
Requirements
Efficient in Microsoft Office and. Outlook
Efficient communication skills and teamwork abilities
Efficient in English writing, reading and speaking
