Product and Specifics Trainer (PST) - Permanent WFH

Compensation & Benefits:

SALARY RANGE: $520 base pay + $50 Internet Allowance
Salary is paid every week
Paid Time Off
Work Anniversary Bonus
No work with pay on US Holidays
Permanent work-from-home position
Fixed Saturday and Sunday off

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for new hires and existing employees.
Create and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.
Assess training needs and tailor programs to address skill gaps.
Conduct evaluations and provide feedback to trainees for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Maintain training records and generate reports on program effectiveness.


Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 4 years of experience in training, coaching, or a related role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.
Ability to create modules and training materials using Microsoft 365 tools.
Knowledge in Salesforce and Sharepoint is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage and motivate learners of all skill levels.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, BPO or any related field..
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
