Product Trainer (Skin and Hair Care)

Skin and Hair Care Product Training
We are a multinational company based in Sydney, Australia. We have several skin and hair care brands in the functional cosmetic market. We have ambitions to expand further into new markets and, as such, require a Product Trainer to cover training our distribution partners and internal and external agency teams.

Role Brief:
The ideal candidate should have several years of experience dealing with skin and hair care products and a familiarity with skin and hair conditions, active ingredients and formulations.
• Need to be across skin and hair trends, new launches, and ingredient research.
• Make suggestions for markets on product assortment.
• Make suggestions for new product development.
• Be up to date with research papers around our core suite of active ingredients.
• Be articulate, persuasive and engaging in front of a virtual audience.
• Prepare/maintain/distribute training materials/documents/handouts.
• Write content for the selected products - for example how to use, blogs etc.
Candidate Criteria:
• Full-time 40 hours per week, remote. Stable internet connection is a must
• Language: excellent English communication skills
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar position
We use Outlook and TEAMs for online communication and Microsoft software applications.
