About the Role
We're looking for a detail-obsessed, highly organized Product Listings Specialist to help us bring our products to life online. You’ll be responsible for managing product uploads, writing compelling descriptions, and ensuring our listings across all platforms (Shopify, Instagram, TikTok Shop, etc.) are optimized, cohesive, and on-brand.

What You’ll Do
Upload and manage new product listings across all e-commerce platforms

Write SEO-friendly, on-brand product titles and descriptions that speak to our Gen Z audience

Ensure product details (pricing, variants, images, SKUs) are accurate and consistently formatted

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to make sure product copy aligns with campaign messaging

Monitor product performance and suggest optimizations for higher conversion

Stay up to date on e-commerce trends and listing best practices

Troubleshoot listing issues and coordinate with platform support when needed

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years experience in e-commerce, product listing, or digital merchandising (Shopify and/or Amazon experience a plus)

Strong writing skills with a flair for snappy, Gen Z-friendly copy

High attention to detail and a love for organizing data

Comfortable with tools like Shopify, Google Sheets, Canva, and maybe a bit of Notion or Airtable

Self-starter energy — you’re proactive and don’t wait to be told what to do

Bonus: experience with TikTok Shop or marketplaces like Faire or Etsy
