The Role: Product Research and Development for Amazon FBA
Balance of Art and Science: Combine data-driven insights with creativity to spearhead our product catalog Upgrade to see actual infoep Dive into the Brand: Understand our brand voice and customers to ensure product alignment.
Test & Validate: Collaborate with teams and actual customers to refine and finalize product concepts.

Your Day-to-Day:
* Ideate unique product concepts ensuring they resonate with our target audience.
* Oversee product sourcing and production, collaborating with teams from China and freelance designers.
* Drive the creation, inspection, and launch processes for new products, ensuring optimal quality and profitability.
* Negotiate with suppliers, ensuring the best value for both sides.
* Employ tools like Asana, Slack, Excel, and more to manage projects and communicate seamlessly.

* A dynamic 12-month Product Pipeline Calendar for proactive decision-making.

Salary:
