Role Overview:
As a Press Release & Editorial Writer, you will manage the creation and submission of press releases, editorial content, and articles. You’ll collaborate closely with clients via WhatsApp and
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Write and edit press releases, editorial pieces, and articles based on client questionnaires, interviews, or discussions (via Zoom).
Ensure all content adheres to high standards of accuracy, tone, and professionalism.
Submissions & Editorial Management:
Handle the submission process for press and editorial releases to various platforms and outlets.
Track submissions and approvals in a centralized Notion database, keeping all statuses updated daily.
Client Communication:
Communicate regularly with clients via WhatsApp and
Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, ensuring clear and concise communication.
Database Organization:
Use Notion to organize client data, deadlines, and project progress.
Update databases daily to ensure accurate tracking of deliverables.
Administrative Support:
Schedule and attend video calls with clients when necessary (clean, professional video call setup required).

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in writing press releases, articles, and editorial content.
Strong proficiency in English (advanced or near-perfect).
