Power BI Specialist (Office-based Davao City)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Central and Power BI Specialist to manage and enhance our Microsoft Business Central system and develop insightful dashboards and analytics with Power BI. This role is critical in enabling our teams to make data-driven decisions while ensuring smooth operation and utilization of the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Business Central:
o Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Business Central to align with business needs.
o Provide support and training to internal teams to ensure efficient usage of Business Central.
o Collaborate with finance, production, and operations teams to improve workflows and reporting within the ERP.
o Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or user issues related to Business Central.

Power BI Development:
o Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
o Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable insights.
o Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports by integrating Business Central data with Power BI.
o Develop KPIs to track business performance and provide regular updates to leadership.

Integration and Collaboration:
o Ensure seamless integration between Microsoft Business Central and Power BI.
o Collaborate with IT and external consultants for system upgrades and improvements.
o Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of Business Central and Power BI, recommending innovations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience working with Microsoft Business Central, including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including creating complex DAX calculations, data modeling, and visuals.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and how they integrate with other business tools.
• Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with various teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of finance, supply chain, or manufacturing processes is a plus.
