We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can find, attract, and secure top-tier Filipino Virtual Assistants and Automation Engineers. This is not a typical HR role — we need a headhunter who knows how to actively search for high-quality talent, go beyond standard job boards, and use creative sourcing methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit highly skilled VAs and automation engineers with expertise in Zapier, Make (Integromat), APIs, AI, and Python-based automation.
Creative Sourcing: Utilize platforms like GitHub, LinkedIn, tech communities, referrals, and niche job boards to discover top candidates.
Onboarding & Integration: Manage smooth onboarding processes, ensure proper training, and align new hires with their roles.
Performance Monitoring: Use Hubstaff or similar tools to track work hours, productivity, KPIs, and overall employee performance.
Data-Driven Hiring: Analyze performance reports to ensure every hire is a valuable addition to the team and delivers ROI.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in recruitment and headhunting (experience in tech and automation hiring is a strong advantage).
Solid understanding of automation and AI talent, including Zapier, APIs, and AI workflows.
Proactive and creative in sourcing candidates beyond traditional job platforms.
Highly organized, data-driven, and skilled in tracking employee performance and KPIs.
Familiarity with Hubstaff or other productivity monitoring tools.
Experience working remotely, preferably with teams based in the Philippines.
