Podcast/YouTube Manager

We seek a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Podcast/YouTube Manager to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate has some experience in media production, social media marketing, and content creation, with a proven track record of generating innovative ideas for podcast and YouTube content.

Responsibilities:

Lead research on competitor podcasts and YouTube channels to generate ideas for episode topics, content styles, and trending Upgrade to see actual infovelop, schedule, and maintain a podcast and YouTube content production calendar.
Oversee the end-to-end process of producing podcast and YouTube content, including pre-production planning, editing, and publishing.
Collaborate with internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and external partners to create engaging content and ensure delivery on schedule.
Edit audio and video content to create polished, professional final Upgrade to see actual infovelop promotional and shareable content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Utilize social media platforms to share and promote podcast and YouTube content, driving viewership and listener engagement.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement audience growth and retention strategies.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of podcasting and YouTube industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices.
