We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented video editor to take ownership of our weekly podcast and content publishing workflow.
This position is primarily intended as maternity leave coverage beginning later in 2026, with the potential for ongoing work after the coverage period ends.
The content is educational conversations. Most episodes are conversations between industry professionals and are typically 20–50 minutes long.
What You'll Do
Our workflow begins with a rough-cut editor who removes filler words and prepares the initial Premiere Pro project.
You will then:
Complete the final video edit
Create YouTube-ready uploads
Create short-form clips from podcast episodes
Apply captions using Captions.ai
Add basic graphics and title cards
Create thumbnails and cover images
Manage approvals in Notion
Schedule and publish content through CoSchedule
Publish podcast episodes to YouTube and Spotify

Expected workload is approximately 20–25 hours per week.
This role is expected to begin with training and onboarding before the primary coverage period starts.
There may be opportunities for ongoing work after the maternity leave coverage period concludes.
