Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the podcast video editing process from start to finish, ensuring smooth pacing, engaging visuals, and a polished final product.
- Incorporate multicam editing, motion graphics, subtitles, and visual enhancements to elevate the podcast experience.
- Optimize audio quality by handling basic audio cleanup, mixing, and syncing with video for a professional and immersive listening experience.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay up to date with trends in podcast production, video editing techniques, and audience engagement strategies.
- Work closely with the team to oversee color correction, audio-video syncing, and final mastering for various platforms, including YouTube, social media, and streaming services.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
- Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong responsiveness to team interactions and feedback (very important!).
- Willingness to improve and listen (very important!).
- Ability to handle long-form podcast videos (30+ minutes) and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Experience with multicam editing, subtitles, and motion graphics is a plus.

Note: Initially, working hours are flexible but are expected to become more consistent in the following months.
