Job Title: Podcast Production & Promotion Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and creative Podcast Production & Promotion Assistant to support our growing podcast. This role involves both behind-the-scenes production work and helping expand our audience reach.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with editing podcast episodes (audio and video)
* Create engaging short-form content (reels/clips) to promote episodes
* Help manage the guest pipeline (scheduling, tracking, and coordination)
* Support podcast recording sessions
* Communicate with guests before and after recordings
* Develop and suggest strategies to promote episodes and increase views

Requirements:

* Basic experience with audio/video editing tools
* Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
* Creative mindset for content promotion

Nice to Have:

* Experience working with podcasts or content creators
* Knowledge of audience growth strategies
