Key Responsibilities

- Research & Identify high-quality podcasts that align with our client profiles.
- Send daily outreach pitches to podcast hosts and producers.
- Track and manage responses, follow-ups, and booking confirmations efficiently.
- Work closely with the Podcast Booking Lead to ensure smooth placements.
- Coordinate communication between podcast hosts, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain and update client tracking systems to ensure visibility on booking progress.What Success Looks Like
- You send 30+ outreach pitches per day to relevant podcast hosts.
- You successfully secure high-quality podcast interviews for our clients.
- You streamline the booking process, reducing manual workload on the team.
- You help maintain PodProMax's reputation as the best in the podcast placement industry.

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in outreach, booking, media placement, or talent coordination (preferred but not
required).
- Strong communication, email etiquette, and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to track and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Coachable and adaptable to learn PodProMax's best outreach practices and booking strategies.
