JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Pipedrive Specialist to manage our CRM database and provide excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of Pipedrive, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data in Pipedrive, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring that our client relationships are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data in Pipedrive.
Manage and organize customer information, ensuring it is up-to-date and correctly categorized.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat promptly and professionally.
Assist with troubleshooting customer issues and escalate as needed.
Maintain the confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications:

YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO USE PIPEDRIVE.
Proven experience with Pipedrive CRM.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in customer service is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
