Job Description
Title: Email Marketing Specialist & Sales Performance Analyst

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to promote our services with a low bounce rate.
Analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
Generate reports on new jobs, existing jobs, and potential jobs using Pipedrive and Service Fusion.
Evaluate the sales team's contributions by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve sales performance.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize strategies.
Requirements:

Proven experience with email marketing, preferably within the service industry.
Proficiency with Pipedrive and Service Fusion or similar CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
