Physical Therapist VMA

FeldCare is a home therapy provider network located in California. We are looking for a full time, 40+ hours a week, Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time., Physical Therapist VMA. This role is similar to a case manager in other healthcare organizations. PT VMA are responsible for overseeing active patient-care in order to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the patient’s care. They then communicate and coordinate solutions to these problems with the other parities responsible and involved in the patient’s care. As mentioned, PT VMA must have a strong clinical understanding, as well as critical thinking abilities, time management, and operate well under pressure.
