Job Description:

As a Media Quality Control Specialist and Communications Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our media content meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including photo editing, media delivery, client communication, social media outreach, and possibly invoicing. Your ability to manage multiple aspects of the process will be crucial in supporting our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Media Quality Control: Review and make minor adjustments to exposure, color balance, and other photo elements to ensure consistent and visually appealing media Upgrade to see actual infootoshop Editing: Occasionally perform Photoshop edits to enhance or modify media assets, maintaining the integrity of the original Upgrade to see actual infodia Delivery through Aryeo: Utilize Aryeo, our online media delivery platform, to efficiently deliver finalized photos and media content to clients.

Client Booking and Communication: Handle booking requests via our Aryeo online order form, ensuring prompt responses and effective scheduling of photoshoots or media Upgrade to see actual infostagram Outreach: Manage and curate our company's Instagram presence, engaging with our audience through compelling visual content and fostering meaningful connections.


Email
and Communication Management: As needed, handle email inquiries and other forms of communication, maintaining a professional and friendly Upgrade to see actual infovoicing (Possibly): Depending on our specific business needs, you may be responsible for managing invoicing and ensuring timely payment from clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in photo editing and a strong understanding of photography principles.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant photo editing software.
Familiarity with media delivery platforms like Aryeo or similar systems is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers effectively.
Social media savvy, with experience managing Instagram accounts and understanding of current trends.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
