Photo Editor/Retoucher

This role involves editing images from shoots to create digital assets for ads, our website, email campaigns and more. You’ll work with a wide variety of raw images and handle different types of editing tasks.

There is the potential for much more diverse work and additional hours for a top performer.

Candidates must have multiple years of experience in photo editing.

Role responsibilities
- Retouch and edit high-resolution images for digital media (and sometimes print).
- Colour correct, crop, and adjust images to align with brand aesthetics.
- Remove imperfections and perform advanced editing techniques (e.g., skin retouching, background replacement, compositing).
- Optimise and re-size imagery for use across web, social media and print.
- Collaborate with the content team to understand project requirements and desired outcomes.
- Maintain consistent quality and style across all visual content.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Organise and archive digital files efficiently.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Image Retoucher, Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant editing software.
- Understanding of colour theory, composition, and lighting.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively at a fast pace.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Additional experiences (non-essential)
- Preferably experience with Slack
- Lightroom or illustrator experience
- Preferably experience with ClickUp
